Speaking of the business of the film, the first day of Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan starrer has yielded an impressive box office collection of Rs. 5.49 crores. Despite trade concerns, the distributors had a positive outlook on the mid-budget film and sensed the audience's interest. The introduction of a Buy-One-Get-One-Free offer further bolstered the film's prospects. Throughout the day, the film experienced increasing footfalls, attributed in part to the inherent interest among the audience.

Meanwhile, talking about the cast, besides Vicky and Sara, it also features Inaamulhaq, Sushmita Mukherjee, Neeraj Sood, and Rakesh Bedi, among others, in pivotal roles.
